1 week left to request a printed copy of your 2017 Active Members' Annual Benefit Statement

Unless you have already done so, you will only receive a printed copy of your 2017 Annual Benefit Statement posted to your home address, if you request it in writing before Thursday 31 August 2017.
To make a request for a printed statement, please write to the address below confirming your name, address, National Insurance number and include the statement, ‘I wish to have paper copies of the latest and future Annual Benefit Statements sent to my home address’:

If you have previously made a request for paper statements to be sent to your home address, you do not need to make a further request. Your 2017 statement will be posted to your home address as soon as possible after 31 August 2017.
