If you would prefer ‘face to face’ communication, the Fund’s offices are in Liverpool city centre.
Our public enquiry counter area is open. It offers a COVID safe environment with protective screens and hand sanitiser available to use.
We are situated on the 7th floor of Castle Chambers and are open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Castle Chambers is situated on Castle Street (next to Andrew Collinge Hairdressers). It is easily accessible by public transport from all parts of Merseyside. There is even a bus stop right outside the front door.
