What is the MyPension service?

‘MyPension’ is our secure online service that allows Active, Deferred and Pensioner members to view important pension information which Merseyside Pension Fund holds, as well as use a range of important tools.
 
In MyPension:
 
  • Active, Deferred and Pensioner Members can view and amend their 'Personal Details' (i.e. home address and contact telephone and email information).
 
  • Active and Deferred Members can view their Annual Benefit Statements in 'My Documents'.
 
  • Active Members can use the Pension Projector in 'Pension Benefits' 'to project how much their pension would be if they voluntarily retire after age 55.
 
  • Deferred Members aged over 55 can use the Benefit Projector in 'Pension Benefits' to calculate the value of their pension benefits under different circumstances, as well as request payment of those benefits if they are aged 55 or over.
 
  • Pensioner Members can view their monthly payslips, as well as a version of the tax year P60 certificate approved by HM Revenue & Customs.
 
  • All users can ask us a question about any aspect of their current or past pension membership.
