What is the MyPension service?
In January Merseyside Pension Fund launched a new version of its secure online member service MyPension.Registered users will have see some exciting upgrades:

Simpler registration and navigation.

Getting started and moving around the new system will be simpler than ever.

An improved responsive design and layout will make using the site more intuitive.
MyPension users are able to securely:
- access their pension details, and
- update some of their personal information, and
- complete their death grant lump sum nomination*, and
- access documents and correspondence (including Annual Benefit Statements), and
- make pension projections for the future.
*MyPension users are advised from Tuesday 27 January 2026 onwards to confirm or amend any previous death grant lump sum nomination made on the paper ‘Death Grant Expression of Wish’ form in the ‘Manage Beneficiaries’ section of your online account. This is because all previous paper-based nominations can’t be viewed online. For security reasons, we are not permitted to disclose the names of beneficiaries on previous paper-based nominations over the telephone or via email.
