If you click 'Forgotten your password?' you will be taken to a screen where you must input personal information and click 'Submit'

If you click 'Forgotten your username?' you will be taken to a screen where you must input personal information and click 'Submit'
Your username will then be emailed to you.
If you have forgotten your Security Response
As part of your registration for 'MyPension' you were asked to set security questions.
If you forget your security responses then you need to contact the 'MyPension' Support Team on 0151 242 1392 (9am to 5pm Mon-Fri) and they will assist you in regaining access to your account.
