If you can't remember your login details, please click 'Forgotten your password?' or 'Forgotten your username?' as appropriate.

If you have forgotten your Password
 
If you click 'Forgotten your password?' you will be taken to a screen where you must input personal information and click 'Submit'

You will then be taken to a screen where the 'Password Hint' which you created during your initial registration will be displayed. If the hint does not jog your memory, you should click 'Reset Password' and a password reset link will be emailed to your registered eamil address.

If you have forgotten your Username
 
If you click 'Forgotten your username?' you will be taken to a screen where you must input personal information and click 'Submit'

Your username will then be emailed to you.
 
 
If you have forgotten your Security Response
 
As part of your registration for 'MyPension' you were asked to set two security questions and responses. Whenever you subsequently log in, you will be asked one of those security questions and be prompted for your response.
 
If you have forgotten your security response, please click 'Forgotten your response?' You will then be taken to a screen where you must input personal information and click 'Submit'.
