2024 Deferred Members' Annual Benefit Statements are now available

Each year Merseyside Pension Fund meets its statutory requirement to produce Benefit Statements for former members of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) whose pension benefits are retained in the Scheme until they become payable or are transferred out of the Fund.
The 2024 Deferred Members’ Annual Benefit Statements have now been uploaded to the Fund’s secure password-protected online website, MyPension. Registered users should log in here.
When registered users log into MyPension they will be taken to 'Your Dashboard'. To find the latest Annual Benefit Statement, users should choose 'Documents' and then 'My Documents'.
Explanatory Notes can be found by clicking on 'Scheme Documents'. These notes will help members understand the information contained on this year’s statement.
A Deferred Members’ Annual Benefit Statement displays the value of a deferred member's benefits when they left the Scheme and the current value that takes account of any annual inflationary increases since the member left their LGPS employment or ceased contributing to the Scheme.
These statements have been produced using information supplied to Merseyside Pension Fund by your former LGPS employer and cannot be guaranteed as accurate. They are produced on the understanding that they are not legally binding on Merseyside Pension Fund.
Those members who have requested their statement be posted to their home address, will receive their Statement shortly. If you have not written to the Fund requesting a paper copy of your statement, the only way you will be able to view this, and future years' statements, is to register to use the MyPension service.
