Unfortunately, due to heavy workloads at the moment, some of our phone lines are only open between the hours of 8am and 1pm from Monday to Friday.
If you wish to visit us at our Liverpool city centre offices, our public enquiry counter area is on the 7th floor of Castle Chambers and is open from 9am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Castle Chambers is situated on Castle Street (next to Collinge & Co Hairdressers). It is easily accessible by public transport from all parts of Merseyside. There is even a bus stop right outside the front door. Our Post Code for SatNav purposes is L2 9SH
