Your Death Grant Expression of Wish

Please complete only if you wish to add more information to an existing nomination made in your MyPension account

In your MyPension online account, you have created/edited your named beneficiaries to let us know who you would like to receive any Death Grant which may be payable, should you die in service, before deferred benefits become payable, or after your retirement (before age 75).
 
Please complete the webform below if you wish to add more information about your nomination, for example, in the event of both you and your spouse/partner/beneficiary dying at the same time, you may wish to confirm in the 'Additional Information' box below, who you would like to nominate to receive the Death Grant in that unlikely event.
 
All fields marked* on the webform must be completed. When you submit a valid webform, you will receive an immediate acknowlegement on screen.
 
This information will be added to your membership record as soon as possible during Merseyside Pension Fund's normal office opening hours (9am to 5pm Mon-Fri).
 

 

Your National Insurance Number (NINO) must be formatted correctly - two prefix letters, six digits, and one suffix letter. For Example AB123456C. Please do NOT input any spaces between each character typed.
This email address should be the same as the login email address you use to log into your MyPension account.
