The Governance & Risk Working Party (GRWP) meets once or twice a year and makes recommendations to the Pensions Committee following consultation with officers..

The GRWP has responsibility for reviewing governance and risk issues and regularly report their findings, it comprises of:
 
  • Members of Pensions Committee
  • Strategic Director of Transformation & Resources (Wirral)
  • Head of Merseyside Pension Fund
  • Other Fund officers as required
