2026 Deferred Members' Annual Benefit Statements are now available online
Submitted by Administrator on August 6, 2026 - 8:05amMerseyside Pension Fund has met its statutory requirement to produce an Annual Benefit Statement by 31st August 2026, for former members of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) whose pension benefits are retained in the Fund until they become payable or are transferred out.
These statements have been produced using information supplied to us by your former LGPS employer and cannot be guaranteed as accurate. They are produced on the understanding that they are not legally binding on Merseyside Pension Fund.
2026 Deferred Annual Benefit Statements can be viewed, downloaded and printed by users who completed their 'MyPension' registration on or after 27th January 2026.
Registered users should log [1] into their MyPension account and:

Select 'View files sent to me' [3] in the 'Files sent to me' section, and

Select the ‘Deferred Annual Statement 2026.pdf’ document.
Users will be able to view Guidance Notes that accompany the Deferred Annual Benefit Statement, by selecting 'Fund documents and forms' [4] in the 'Documents and uploads' section in MyPension.
We will shortly post a copy of the 2026 Annual Benefit Statement and Guidance Notes to those members who have previously written to, or emailed us, requesting a paper statement be sent to their home address.
