I left employment before 1 April 2014

The following scenarios describe which decisions you may be required to make if you left employment before 1 April 2014 and have now re-joined the Scheme:

Scenario 1:
You left employment before 1 April 2014 with an entitlement to a deferred refund, and have now re-joined the LGPS [1]

Scenario 2:
You left employment before 1 April 2014 with an entitlement to a deferred benefit, and have now re-joined the LGPS without a continuous break in active membership of a public service pension scheme of more than 5 years since ceasing to be an active member of the LGPS in the employment to which the deferred benefit relates [2]

Scenario 3:
You left employment before 1 April 2014 with an entitlement to a deferred benefit, and have now re-joined the LGPS after having a continuous break in active membership of a public service pension scheme of more than 5 years since ceasing to be an active member of the LGPS in the employment to which the deferred benefit relates [3]
