Following the latest government and local advice regarding COVID-19, Merseyside Pension Fund’s offices are now closed and our staff are currently working from home.
Monthly pension payments will continue to be paid on time and we remain in contact with employers where information is required to process the pension payments of members who are about to retire.
Unfortunately, our telephone systems do not support home working, so to contact us, please email email@example.com
There might be a delay to our normal response times, however we aim to minimise the impact as much as possible.

Following government and local advice regarding COVID-19, our Castle Chambers office is now closed to visitors until further notice.
The health and wellbeing of our members and staff is our priority, the latest advice in respect of coronavirus COVID-19 means that we have reluctantly closed our Castle Chambers reception to all visitors.
There might be a delay to our normal response times, however we aim to minimise the impact as much as possible. Thank you for your understanding during this challenging time for us all.

The situation surrounding COVID-19 is fast moving, but we can assure you that Merseyside Pension Fund is doing everything it can to provide as seamless a service as possible, whilst monitoring the latest advice from the UK Government to manage consequences for our members and staff.
There's no doubt that protecting the Fund against the impact of interruptions is of the utmost importance, and we would like to assure our members that measures are already in place, to ensure that we can continue to pay pensions and administer the Local Government Pension Scheme.
Our public reception desk at Castle Chambers currently remains open. However, to minimise the spread of COVID-19, we ask customers to follow the latest advice given by Public Health England.
