The Fund responds to the government's consultation on LGPS Technical Amendments to Benefits

​​Merseyside Pension Fund has submitted its response to the government's consultation on proposed amendments to the rules of the Local Government Pension Scheme.

 

These amendments are deemed necessary by the government to respond to recent legal judgments and maintain existing pension policy objectives.
