EARLY RETIREMENT AT MY REQUEST
The normal retirement age in the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) is 65. This does not mean that you cannot retire and receive your benefits earlier:
If you are aged under 55
If you are aged between 55 and 60
If you are aged between 60 and 65
If you are aged 65 and over
