CHANGE OF PAYMENT DETAILS ON PENSION

New Bank/Building Society details

The Fund receives a lot of telephone calls from pensioners wishing to inform us about a change of bank details.
For security reasons, we cannot make any of these changes from information provided over the telephone. You must inform us in writing. Please write to us at the address below quoting your pension reference number, full name and your new details.
Any changes should be notified before the 2nd of the month in order for the change to be implemented for that month; otherwise the change will be implemented from the month following receipt of the notification.

Payment Overseas
If you decide to emigrate, your pension can still be paid monthly into a bank account anywhere in the world. All overseas transactions are dealt with by the Bank of Scotland who make a small charge for currency conversion and transmission of the payment.
