The Fund has revised Fact Sheet 2 in its series of guidance notes for LGPS members. Fact Sheet 2 explains the HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) rules that govern pension savings.
Fact Sheet 2 now details on Page 3, the special annual allowance charge introduced by HMRC for 2009/2010 and 2010/2011. Most scheme members however, will not be affected by this.
